What is a Digital Transfer?
Digital Transfers are a printed sticker-like rendition of an image that is adhered to garments or fabric using a heat press. Digital Transfers are a cost effective way of printing multi colour or photographic images and can be combined with printing or other transfer mediums (see Shorleline logo below).
Digital Transfers do not incur the setup costs involved with Screen Printing, however, digital transfers are not as durable or long lasting, and strict washing instructions must be followed (e.g do not use tumble dryer, do not leave wet in washing basket).
We supply Transflex Transfers as packs of labels – This lets you do it yourself
Transflex Transfers (or Screen Printed Transfers) are also adhered to garments or fabric using a heat press.
We supply Transflex Transfers to customers as packs of labels they adhere themselves as shown in image below.
Transflex Transfers are more duarble than Digital Transfers as they are Screen Printed onto special paper using plastisol inks. Unlike Vinyl Cut Transfers, Transflex Transfers can be multi coloured.
